Welcome to CountdownCash (“CountdownCash,” “we,” “us,” “our”). CountdownCash connects users to third-party loan application partners and operates a promotional monthly cash drawing program. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1) Program Overview
CountdownCash provides information and links to third-party lending partners and affiliate networks that offer fast loan application services. As part of our promotional program, eligible users may receive an entry into a monthly cash drawing (“Drawing”).
CountdownCash is not a lender, broker, or credit decision maker. We do not evaluate credit, set loan terms, or guarantee approval. All lending decisions are made solely by the third-party partner.
CountdownCash operates a promotional entry platform tied to verified partner application activity or valid mail-in entry — not a lending service.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Additional eligibility requirements may apply based on jurisdiction.
3) Entry & Verification
Registration requires first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
An entry is activated after we verify either:
- A partner loan application was completed and reached a final decision status, or
- A valid mail-in entry was received and meets requirements (see Section 4).
Loan approval is not required for entry eligibility.
We reserve the right to request reasonable proof of identity or eligibility and to deny, remove, or revoke entries in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, duplication, automation, or policy violations.
4) Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In — No Purchase Required)
You may enter without completing a loan application by submitting a mail-in entry.
Hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, and the words “CountdownCash Monthly Drawing” on a plain 3” × 5” card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the drawing deadline displayed on the website and received within a reasonable time thereafter. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per month. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or late entries are disqualified.
This address is for mail only. No in-person service is available.
5) Entry Limits
Unless otherwise stated, limit one (1) entry per person per month regardless of entry method. Multiple identities, aliases, or automated submissions are prohibited.
6) Drawing Details
Current jackpot amount and drawing end date/time are displayed on the homepage and may be updated.
One winner is selected using a random selection method from all verified eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Drawing administration and prize distribution are handled by CountdownCash.
7) Winner Notification
We attempt to notify winners using the provided email and/or phone number. If a selected winner cannot be reached, fails verification, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8) Application Completion Verification Requirement
Because CountdownCash connects users to independent third-party lending partners, we do not receive identifying application records from those partners.
If a selected winner entered through a partner loan application, the selected winner must provide reasonable confirmation that a partner application was completed and reached a final decision status during the applicable drawing period.
Acceptable confirmation may include email notices, decision screens, or other documentation from the partner lender or network showing that the application reached final decision status.
Confirmation must be submitted by email within a reasonable time after winner notification.
If confirmation cannot be provided, the entry will be considered unverifiable and no winner will be declared for that drawing period. In such cases, the drawing pool will carry forward to the next drawing period.
Mail-in entries are verified independently and are not subject to partner application confirmation requirements.
9) No Purchase or Loan Required
No purchase, payment, or loan approval is required to enter or win. Completing a loan application does not increase the odds of winning. The free mail-in method provides an equal opportunity to enter.
10) Partner Relationship Disclosure
CountdownCash is an independent promotional platform. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any specific lender. We may receive compensation from partner networks when users submit applications. All credit decisions are made by the partner.
11) Third-Party Links & Services
Our website links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
12) Fraud & Abuse Controls
We may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or submitted using bots, scripts, or multiple identities.
13) Technical Issues
We are not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected submissions caused by technical failures, network issues, or system errors. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
14) Taxes
Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. Required tax documentation may be requested before payment.
15) No Warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CountdownCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or drawing participation.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.
18) Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
