Welcome to CountdownCash (“CountdownCash,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Program Overview

CountdownCash provides information and links to third-party loan application partners. As part of our promotional program, users may be eligible for a monthly cash drawing (“Drawing”). CountdownCash is not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, set loan terms, or guarantee approval.

CountdownCash is a promotional entry platform — not a lender or broker.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
Void where prohibited.
Additional eligibility restrictions may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

3) Entry & Verification

Registration requires providing your first name, last name, email, and phone number.

Entry activation is subject to verification that your loan application was successfully completed with our third-party partner or that a valid mail-in entry was received (see Section 4).

We reserve the right to request reasonable proof of eligibility and to deny or revoke an entry for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4) Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In Entry — No Purchase Required)

You may enter the Drawing without completing a loan application by submitting a mail-in entry.

To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, and the words “CountdownCash Monthly Drawing” on a plain 3” × 5” card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the drawing deadline listed on the website and received within a reasonable time thereafter to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per month. Mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be disqualified.

This address is for mail only. No in-person service is available.

5) Entry Limits

Unless otherwise stated, you may submit one (1) entry per person per month, regardless of method of entry.

6) Drawing Details

Jackpot amount and drawing end date/time are displayed on the homepage and may be updated.
Winner selection and payout are administered by CountdownCash.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Winning entry is selected using a random selection method from all eligible entries.

7) Winner Notification

We will attempt to contact the winner using the email and/or phone number provided. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, is ineligible, or fails verification, we may select an alternate winner.

8) Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and policies.

9) No Warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CountdownCash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the Drawing.

11)No Purchase or Loan Required

No purchase or loan approval is required to enter or win. Completing a loan application does not improve your chances of winning. The free mail-in entry method described above provides an equal opportunity to enter.

12)Partner Relationship Disclosure

CountdownCash is an independent promotional platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any specific lender. We may receive compensation from partner networks when users submit applications. Partner lenders make all credit and approval decisions.

13)Fraud & Abuse Controls

We reserve the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or submitted in violation of these Terms. Use of bots, scripts, or multiple identities is prohibited.

14)Technical Issues

CountdownCash is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete registrations due to technical failures, network issues, system errors, or human error. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

15)Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. We may require completion of tax documentation before prize payment where required by law.

16)Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Florida.

17) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
